Who We Are
We are Rev & Co. Publishing, a student-led business born inside the MS-Business program at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. Through the Integrated Business Experience (IBE) program, our team of five Aggies worked together to plan, finance, and publish a children’s book that celebrates Aggie tradition and values.
Our Story
This project is more than just a book — it’s an opportunity to learn by doing, serve our community, and share the Aggie Spirit with future generations. Over the course of six months, our team took this idea from concept to reality: designing the story, securing funding, marketing the book, and building partnerships. Every page reflects the heart and history of Texas A&M.
The Book
Our debut title, Reveille's Aggieland Adventure, introduces children to the traditions and core values that make Texas A&M special. With playful illustrations and meaningful messages, the story is designed to inspire young readers while also resonating with Aggie families.
Our Mission
100% of profits from our book are donated to Read by 3rd, a Bryan, Texas–based nonprofit that empowers parents to help their children read at grade level by third grade. Reading by the end of third grade opens classrooms, careers, and communities — and we are proud to help make that possible.
Our Team
We are proud to represent Texas A&M as the team behind Rev & Co. Publishing:
- Preslie Thomas '24 – Chief Executive Officer
- Emma Janeway '24 – Chief Financial Officer
- Payton Smith '25 – Chief Marketing Officer
- Erik Gibson '25 – Chief Operation Officer
- Ezra Menchaca '23 – Chief Culture Officer
Camille Zapalac '23 is the creative artist behind Reveille’s Aggieland Adventure. Her warm, expressive illustrations bring Reveille’s story — and the Spirit of Aggieland — to life on every page.
Together, we bring diverse strengths but share one mission: to honor Aggie tradition and invest in future generations through literacy.
